LA based Buster Designs LogoBuster Design, an award-winning motion graphics and broadcast design studio, has announced the promotion of Hema Mulchandani to Vice President, Design. In her new post, Mulchandani will oversee production of broadcast, branding and advertising projects, lead the robust Buster design team, and develop new business relationships for Buster in broadcast, consumer brand advertising, and gaming.

Mulchandani first joined the creative firm in 2007 as a producer and built her reputation around developing dynamic and effective branding and promotional campaigns for a litany of cable and broadcast clients including TLC, Food Network, HGTV, Current TV, ABC Daytime, and numerous others.  She has led a production team that consistently produces award-winning promos for ABC Daytime, including an Emmy Award winning spot for ABC's "General Hospital."  Mulchandani also led the development of the groundbreaking pro-social campaign HGTV's "Change the World" in New Orleans featuring Morgan Freeman; the campaigned helped rebuild 50 homes in 5 days.

Prior to entering the broadcast design field, Mulchandani earned her MFA degree from Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia.
